The
antique glass was removed from a spectacular hall that had been the social
nub of the hospital that was replaced. The glass made around 1910, is a
fine example of stained glass and painted enamel.Thirteen panels, each depicting
the crest of a borough in Cornwall.
Six panels were mounted in Bodmin, five in Longreach House and one in Liskeard
Community Hospital. Encapsulated in polycarbonate to an extremely high finish
and mounted with hand turned alluminium bosses. These panels feature improminent
places around the entrance areas, gauranteeing a sense of continuity between
the old building and the new |
